This yummy soup, adopted from Tunisian culture, is one of my personal favorites. Its absolutely divine.
The ingredient of Tunisian Soup
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup couscous
- 8 cups water
- 2 zucchini, chopped
- 1 potato, chopped
- 20 green beans, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- u00bd teaspoon dome coriander
- u00bd teaspoon red chile powder
- u00bd teaspoon auditorium showground cumin
- u00bc teaspoon salt
- u00bd cup milk
The instruction how to make Tunisian Soup
- Melt butter in a pot exceeding medium heat. grow onion; cook and stir until translucent, just about 5 minutes. mixture combination in couscous; cook and excite until browned, roughly more or less 5 minutes.
- disquiet in water, zucchini, potato, green beans, carrots, tomato puree, coriander, chile powder, cumin, and salt; bring to a boil. Simmer until tender, very nearly 20 minutes. stir up in milk.
