  1. Wash beef very well,put in a clean pot,add 3 cube maggi,ginger,garlic,red pepper,little chopped onion place on heat add little water.Allow to boil for 15min..
  2. Get another pot,wash rice and pot inside add water half the pot boil for 15min,wash and drain rice..
  3. Remove beef from stock keep aside.Add the remaining maggi,salt,fried rice spice and stir..
  4. Add four tablespoon vegetable oil add the rice and stir everything together,make sure everything mix correctly..
  5. Place pan on heat,add 2 tablespoon vegetable oil allow to heat for 2 min.Then add onion,green pepper,green beans and carrot stir and fry for 4min..
  6. Add vegetables to the pot of rice and stir together place on heat for 2min..
  7. Fried rice is ready.Put vegetable oil on heat allow to heat for 5min then fry beef until colour changes to dark brown..
  8. Serve fried rice in a plate,cabbage allow side with beef. Enjoy..
