The ingredients needed to cook Rice and Stew:

  1. Use of Tomatoes.
  2. Take of Red pepper and onions.
  3. Get of Groundnut oil.
  4. Take of Beef meat and Pormo.
  5. You need of Boiled egg.
  6. Provide cubes of Knorr.
  7. Get of Salt.
  8. Provide of Complete Seasoning.

Steps to make Rice and Stew:

  1. Boil the rice and set aside. Season your beef with the complete seasoning, knorr cube and salt and keep for 30mins.
  2. Wash your tomatoes, onions and pepper before blending all together..
  3. Pour the blended tomatoes and pepper into a pot, put on your cooker and allow to boil until the water is dry.
  4. Steam your seasoned meat and your pormo for 30mins or more until tender.
  5. Pot a clean pot on fire, add groundnut oil and heat for 1 minute then pour your steam meat to fry for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Add your sliced onions into the pot, allow it to fry for 20 seconds then pour your tomatoes to it.
  7. Add knorr cubes, complete seasoning and salt to taste and your meat stock and Pormo..
  8. Allow it cook for 30minutes until the water dries up completely. Your Stew is ready to serve..
  9. Dish your rice in and plate garnish with sliced boiled egg around and sliced pepper on top and serve with your stew and a chilled drink.
